With over 15 years of IT leadership experience spanning healthcare, aviation, logistics, manufacturing, and financial services, I've led technology strategy for organizations ranging from 50 to 2,000 employees. I've built and managed enterprise infrastructure, negotiated multi-million-dollar vendor contracts, led digital transformation initiatives, and sat at leadership tables where technology decisions shaped business outcomes.
